Two weeks and they still haven’t even started working on my car. It was there for four days before they even sent an estimate to the insurance company. Two weeks later still waiting on parts. What a joke of a business. Update: Almost a month and still not finished. As far as I know, all they had to do has replace a plastic bumper trim piece and paint a half inch of hood. I’ve swapped transmission’s in three hours. WHAT IS TAKING SO LONG?

I was rear ended in my Mercedes last October. I didn’t realize my neighbor no longer worked at Toyota so I went to their body shop. The top when you put it down and up was catching lightly on the left side. They sent it to Mercedes to adjust they said. Picked up car, worked fine one time in their lot. Winter went and the car was parked. Got it out again and went to put top down for the first time not at their office and the trunk lid when it comes back down catches on the right side hard. Have to get out and push it over while reaching in and pushing the button. Call Toyota, they said it has to go to Mercedes and goes through them to go as they set it up and would call me right back. The next week I call again and am again told they will call me back. Few days later I stop in because they rarely answer the phone and they again are going to call me back. Anyway, finally got it set up to go back to Mercedes. Mercedes says they only had it on the paperwork for a noise in the top when retracting it. It never had a noise so not sure what that’s about. They want 260 just to push the button to see that it catches. Toyota has nothing to show they sent it down for the alignment it needed. M

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME with these sorry greedy criminals. July 19th, I was in a minor fender bender . I managed to schedule with these guys for a repair through the insurance company (which their estimate was only $1,400 worth of repairs) I never receive any estimate from Bob Tyler's shop, no paperwork assessing the damage or what exactly needed repaired and replaced. 3 weeks later, I drive up there and find my car like it is in the first two pictures. I never gave them consent to do this at all.

Danny, Tosha, Megan, and the whole team at the collision center were great to work with! They kept me informed every step of the way and worked with my insurance company to get my car fixed up right. Quality Toyota parts, paint, and work. The service department was also kind enough to work in my service that was also due. Thank you Serenah, Big Jay, and the service team. This was a great experience overall.

my wife's 2019 Camry got rear ended and i am so glad i took it here . Tommy made things easy in every way and made it all look easy while Danial and Latosha kept me updated twice a week and on each stage of repair. best part is i picked it up today in 1/2 the estimated time and before other shops were going to start the work . the replaced rear quarter panel , trunk , everything looks new . Thanks Team !
